Stefanie is passionate about wellness and building great workplaces. As a manager, she is acutely aware of employee stress rooted in common experiences from vicarious trauma to office politics. Mindfulness is about finding peace in our own present experience. Through this workshop, learn ways to build resiliency and facilitate a positive workplace culture through exploring our relationship with the mind and its impact in our lives.
Stefanie’s approach is pragmatic and always relatable to your organizational/cultural context. Material can be adapted to suit your interests/needs.
